Delivery and Return Policy
1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
- 1.1. Order Acceptance. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we notify you of our acceptance in writing (e.g., by email or mobile messaging). If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing or through a call and will not charge you for the product.
- 1.2. Payment. By placing an order, you authorize us or our third-party payment processer to process your credit/debit card details for the amount of your order. We accept payment by,
- a. credit/debit card;
- b. via your wallet; or
- c. cash on delivery
- 1.3. In order to authorize credit/debit card payments, we may be required to create an account for you with our third-party payment processors, including accepting their standard terms and conditions and submitting your details to them on your behalf. You hereby authorize us to do so and we shall not be liable to you for any damage or loss you may incur as a result.
- 1.4. We may remove or add cards or other payment methods that we accept at any time without prior notice to you.
- 1.5. Cancelling Order. You may cancel your order 24 hours prior to shipping for any reason.
- 1.6. Our Cancellation. We may cancel your order(s) if:
- a. you do not make any payment to us when it is due;
- b. you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products; or
- c. you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you or collect them from us; or
- d. you attempt to bulk or multi-order purchase in accordance with the clause, below.
- e. order(s) not being capable of fulfilled due to product(s) not being available.
- 1.7. Bulk/Multiple Purchasing. We reserve the right to reject any orders, at our sole discretion, where we detect bulk purchasing or multiple units of similar products being purchased.
2. DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
Right now we deliver our Products in UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
- 2.1. Delivery Costs. Delivery Fees will be up to AED: 15.
- 2.2. Delivery Date. Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 3 working days.
- 2.3. Delivery Delays:
- a. if our supply of the product is delayed by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay;
- b. if no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will notify you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the product;
- c. if you do not collect the product from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions. If despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection, we will cancel your order.
- 2.4. ID Requirement Upon Delivery. We may, at our sole discretion, make any inquiry we deem necessary to verify your identity and/or ownership of your financial instruments by requesting that you provide us with further information or documentation, including, but not limited to requesting a form of identification and/or credit card. If we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide, we have the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order.
- 2.5. Delivery from Overseas. Reach us directly via Email or over our contact number for International Delivery.
- 2.6. We will issue an electronic invoice for your purchase and send such an invoice to the email address you provided to us.
3. Return and Refund Policy:
- 3.1. Return. Products will only be returned if you have received a wrong or already damaged product. You must claim within 7 days after receiving the delivery. Product will be only accepted, if;
- The product is unused, in original unbroken packaging, and includes all tags.
- We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or the wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment.
- We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed, and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
- 3.2. For Refund. For delivered products, we will refund to you the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) in full plus the cost of return:
- if the products are faulty or not as described on our Site; or
- if your reason for return is due to an error on our side, such as an error in pricing or description, etc.
In all other circumstances, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) and you may pay the costs of return shipping.
For products not delivered, you will receive a full refund if you cancel the order under clause 1.5;
- 3.3. Refund Procedure. We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment, as follows:
- if you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund to your wallet; or
- if you paid by credit/debit card, you can choose to have a refund by credit/debit card or to your wallet.
- 3.3. Refund Timescale. Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our customer fulfillment center and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by you as follows:
- if the refund is to your credit/debit card, within thirty (30) days from the day on which we receive the product back in our customer fulfillment center;
- if your refund is to your wallet, you will receive the refund immediately after your product is received back in our customer fulfillment center and inspected by our team; or
- if you have canceled your order before shipping, an automated refund will be provided back to you.
